Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we do offer returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unopened and unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been lightly worn or used.
- Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with shop credit peso points equivalent to the item’s value. Please note that we will not cover the return-shipping fee.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, ensuring that it is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
- If the item meets our return policy standards, the equivalent value of shop credit peso points will be credited to your account within 30 days.
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items that have been altered or damaged post-delivery
