Welcome to CapyWash. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. About the App
CapyWash provides weather forecasts, laundry planning tools, laundry reminders, and related features designed to help users plan laundry activities based on weather conditions.
2. Subscriptions
CapyWash may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Free Trial
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase after any applicable free trial period.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions
Users can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to their Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Use the app for unlawful purposes
– Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app’s services
– Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the app
– Reverse engineer or copy parts of the app without permission
4. Weather Information Disclaimer
Weather forecasts and laundry recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee weather conditions or forecast reliability.
Users should use their own judgment before making decisions based on the app’s recommendations.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, graphics, logos, and software related to CapyWash are owned by the app developer unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.
6. Availability of Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or services at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
CapyWash is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
