A quick guide in reloading EasyTrip

We are now transitioning to go cashless (not so 100%) payment to limit the further spread of the covid-19 virus. According to CSIRO, banknotes can spread virus 🦠 for up to 28 days. So we came up the solution to go cashless by using the EasyTrip RFID when are passing the tollgates. The common question we heard is all about, how do we reload our EasyTrip account? Keep in the mind the account is prepaid account and not postpaid account.

Over-the-counter payment via reloading site

Probably the most inconvenient and I hate this part. Paying over-the-counter defeats the purpose of going cashless because you are going to pay using cash in reloading sites instead we pay online banking. According to Top Gear Philippines these are the reloading sites for EasyTrip.

NLEX Stations

Petron Marilao Northbound (NB) – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Shell Balagtas NB – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Petron Balagtas Southbound (SB) – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
NLEX Drive & Dine – 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Petron Lakeshore – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
San Fernando Customer Service Center (CSC) – 6:30am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday
Tabang CSC – 6:30am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday
Balagtas Lane – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Karuhatan Lane – 6am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Angeles Easytrip Tent – 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
Tarlac Easytrip Tent – 9am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday

Cavitex Infrastructure Corporation CSC NB (ambulant) – 5am to 8pm daily

Online transactions

This is my preferred way on how to reload my EasyTrip account, based on my experience in BPI, the loading is instant and hassle free. I am using a BPI App (iOS or Android) to reload my EasyTrip account. Here are the basic steps on how to reload

Login BPI App

Press “Payment and Load” and “Load eWallet”

Press “Load to” then “Easytrip” then input amount and account number. Please keep in mind as of Jan 2021, you have to pay additional amount for using their services.
