Texas Roadhouse, Manila Review

We saw this newly opened restaurant in SM BF, Paranaque, and we just noticed that the smell of the steak is so yummy. But at that time, we can’t afford yet because we have a lot of expenses like premium insurance, bills, tuition fee, gas, and etc. We thought that the price is expensive like Php 5,000+ per steak, so we are discourage to dine their. Then we went to Clark, Pampanga and we have nothing to eat there, we hate fast food so we are looking for a good restaurant. Then we saw Texas Roadhouse in Clark Pampanga. We queue for almost half hour because of lot of customers in the area.

Now, we check the menu and we found out that the pricing isn’t really that luxurious, like Php 1,000+ for 8oz beef steak. We tried it, and I ordered 10oz beef steak, I forgot what its called but here is the image of the beef:

If you know what I ordered, just leave a message here. So fast forward, I like it and it’s worth the money, for the cost of Php1,000? is not bad. But I worked as assistant-chef and I can also make this one, but cheaper. Just buy beef from Monterey and grill it using a pan grill, no strings attached, cheaper, economic wise. But for people who doesn’t know how to grill, don’t have time, or maybe want to try the Texas Roadhouse grill, I recommend it! They also have free peanuts and bread. TRUST ME! the bread is really YUMMY!

Verdict

I tried Outback steakhouse so I will compare it to here. My verdict is good, like 6/10, it’s not bad but it’s not perfect. Maybe because I tried different steak house outside (in Italy, and France) and I do enjoy their steaks. But it still worth to try, the Texas Roadhouse steak are cheaper compared to Wolfgang steakhouse. Even they are rich, they don’t really like it. I don’t know, I am not rich either.
